<p>Does anyone know what percentage of students who applied to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation received a scholarship. I have 3.19 GPA and a 25 ACT composite score.

<p>I heard that if you are truly eligible and are below their income threshold and you have a financial need, MCSF tries their best to offer you a scholarship.</p>
