what are the compacted majors?

is applied math one of them? i know bioengineering is. can somebody list out the compact majors?

Well the compacted majors include the Mayflower compact where you intensively study the habits of our puritan forefathers and learn how to grow corn and prostrate yourself before our lord and savior.

Other compacted majors include the compact cassette where you learn about the time when Michael Jackson was still the coolest thing ever.

Yet another compact major involves the study of Ford Pintos and the hey day of American cars.

what are you talking about? pinto’s and michael jackson??? lol

Oh, I see. I think whatiscollege means is “impacted majors.”

i think u mean impacted, polite antagonis was just mocking you for your error

I’d say engineering in general is impacted.

same thing…

is applied mathematics considered impacted?

a “compacted” major would mean that the major has been made smaller, or perhaps is commonly referred to by an abbreviation, such as PEIS

an “IMPACTED” major is a selective major such as econ, cs, psych, social welfare, etc

if your reasoning held true, a compact car would be the same as an impacted car…

Within Letters and Sciences, Haas is, computer science, psychology, economics, mass communications, and . . . blah.

apped Majors

Some majors are harder to get into than others. “Capped majors” are departments that restrict admission due to very high student interest and demand. Each of these majors restricts admission in a somewhat different way. Some use heightened grade requirements in prerequisite courses. Some use special application deadlines and essays. Some use a combination of these. The capped majors in the College of Letters and Science are:
