I currently hold a major in Chemistry, but I also am working towards a double major in Information Technology. Our college does not have Computer Science, only IT. However, there is Accounting.
Should I take on the remaining 11 classes of IT under the safety that I’ll graduate with no debt, or go for the 20 classes of Accounting and risk debt? I am familiar with IT but not in the slightest familiar with accounting.
Alternatively, I could complete IT and go for mathematics courses that would be fit in Computer Science later assuming the next college accepts my credits.
What is the consensus as to the validity of my choice?
