What are the odds of finding an internship for...

I currently hold a major in Chemistry, but I also am working towards a double major in Information Technology. Our college does not have Computer Science, only IT. However, there is Accounting.

Should I take on the remaining 11 classes of IT under the safety that I’ll graduate with no debt, or go for the 20 classes of Accounting and risk debt? I am familiar with IT but not in the slightest familiar with accounting.

Alternatively, I could complete IT and go for mathematics courses that would be fit in Computer Science later assuming the next college accepts my credits.

What is the consensus as to the validity of my choice?

Your thread topic title is asking about odds of an internship and then your post asks about whether you should do IT or accounting so not exactly sure the connection.

Nonetheless, I dont get why you are even considering accounting because it has little to no connection to CS, IT, or Chemistry. So with all that being said, stick with IT.
