Hey Guys, I’m a home-school senior about to start applications this fall. I’m taking the SAT in November and the SAT II’s
in December, my practice scores were about 2050,(790 R, 600 M,660 W), but I was having an off day and expect higher scores on subsequent tests. Say I went up to 2100-2180, what do you think my chances of getting into top tier schools(especially engineering ones) are?
PS; I’ve got a 4.0 in dual enrollment courses at my local CC(all CS courses, I’m planning to finish a certificate in programming by graduation), but I Don’t do much in the way of extra-curriculars (I did sports when i was younger, went to camps,stuff like that ). I Have one art camp that I go to now, and I’m thinking about doing some volunteering this semester, maybe join a sports league.
PPS;I have close to a 4.0 in my regular courses too.
