What are the possibilities?

Hello, I’ve just finished my junior year and unfortunately second semester was the worst.
Freshman year I had A’s and B’s
Sophomore year I had 2 C’s in the first semester in Honors Physiology and Geometry but late brought those grades up to B’s. So in the second semester of my sophomore year I had A’s and B’s once again.
Junior year I only got 1 C and it was in AP English Language and Composition as the rest of my classes were A’s and B’s. However second semester I received my lowest grade yet: a D in AP English.
The rest I got 2 C’s in Alg. 2 Honors and AP US History; B in AP Psych and 2 A’s - Latin 3/4 and Journalism

Extracurriculars:
(JV) Cheer - 9th grade
(JV) Cross Country - 10th grade
Key Club - 9th to 11th grade (and will continue in 12th grade - I’ve also held 3 positions: 2 club and 1 division)
ACSY (American Cancer Society Youth) - 11th to 12th
Journalism - 11th to 12th grade (Photo Editor)
(Methodist) Youth group - 6th to 12th grade (We’ve had concerts and made movies which other churches have attended to see)

Cumulative GPA
UW: 3.3
W: 3.64

Community Service Hours: 500+

I will be doing a mission trip to Nicaragua this summer with my church to help build a school for Seeds of Learning.

I have yet to take my SAT and ACT, and find out what my AP scores are for APUSH, AP Psych and AP English but would like to know if its possible to get into a university? I’ve had family issues, growing up to 2 devout Christian parents and 1 epileptic atheist brother. My father is 70 so I’ve also had to help him and my mom out.

Yes, you can get into a university. Just not the most competitive schools. Does your school have naviance? See what students with similar stats were admitted to.

If you feel like what you have now isn’t good enough to get into a good college, then go to a local college and get a higher gpa (but you have pretty good grades) and then transfer to a better college.
