I’m taking up a business degree this coming August.
I took it up because the modules appealed to me and the course is flexible in that i get to pick what i like to study (well, almost)
However, i am now having second thoughts as i do not know what graduates with a business degree can do.
My fears are that it is too general and if i do not get either a 1st class or 2nd upper/lower honors for it, i will be stuck in a dead-end sales job for life.
If i had any interests to take up a sales job to begin with, i wouldn’t have bothered with a degree and would have just gone straight into the working world.

That said, i am still given the option of changing course to Banking & Finance or Accountancy & Finance. I’m leaning more towards banking but right now what i am most interested in is what job prospects a graduate with a business degree has, not just the best jobs, but list the worst case scenario type of jobs and the mid range ones too.

Any input will be highly appreciated.
Help me with my dilemma.
Thanks much.
