<p>I have not been to a gas station in a month- I drive a civic hybrid. last time was $3.05</p>
<p>It was about $3.50 or more at our local Costco. Have still been paying over $4/gal at other stations. The most I paid I believe was over $5/gal this year.</p>
<p>It is good to read about the cost of living in Hawaii. Quiets the thinking about moving there. :)</p>

<p>On Tuesday I paid $2.79. The week before, I had paid $3.29.</p>

<p>I have a compressed natural gas car, so I don’t buy gasoline. CNG is usually about a dollar cheaper than gas per gallon equivalent but I haven’t noticed the price lately. </p>
<p>Tampa–gas $2.749/gallon this morning. Milk $4.00/ gallon, butter $5.00/lb.!</p>
<p>Earlier in the week, I paid cash…$3.29. The sign now says $3.17. Yikes, you guys all paid less.</p>
<p>I paid less than $3 a gallon for the first time in the Boston area. It was $2.96/gallon at a no name station. But, I do not drive by that station often and it is out of the way. All the other stations near me are around $3.10/gallon or more. </p>
<p>“I’m glad I’m saving money on gas for the car…because I (stupidly) prepaid for my fuel oil at a much higher price!”</p>
<p>Thumper, won’t you get a credit at the end of the year? That’s what my oil co does if the ppg goes below the the pre-paid ppg price. </p>
<p>Our gas stations have been at 2.89 for several weeks. A local grocery store gas station offers a discount for cash, ranging from 2¢ to 9¢ a gallon, depending on the week. We also have a market card for that grocery store, where we can earn fuel savings by buying certain things. I don’t normally shop there for my big trips but every once in awhile I might run in to buy something on sale if it is something I would normally get at that price.</p>
<p>$2.86 a few days ago in central Florida. A cheap gas site shows $2.68 as the lowest price today</p>
<p>According to my gas buddy app, $2.79 is the best nearby</p>
<p>Haha, HIMom, you thought you had it worst - lowest I’ve seen here on Kauai is $3.77 (Costco, of course). Might be down a few more cents today.</p>
<p>We were at 4.79 for a while, the other stations might have been over $5.</p>
<p>Still doesn’t kill me with my 55-mpg Prius.</p>
<p>Gas has come down quite a bit, even more so with points from Fred Meyer or Safeway.
It’s $2.85 at Safeway and -$.10 a gallon with points.
