what art schools have the best atmosphere and/or the best faculty?

<p>As of right now, my goal school is RISD, but that is only based on it’s reputation of being a good art school.</p>

<p>I am a junior in high school, so I haven’t applied to anything yet, but I have also looked at Pratt and Parsons, and I am open to any school with my major (Illustration)</p>

<p>I read someone’s review as RISD’s atmosphere being cold and stuck up, and was wondring what anyone else thought of it.</p>

<p>I want a school with a good faculty too, any ratings?</p>
