<p>What kind of school do you go to? A 3.1 isn’t all that bad if you’re at a competitive prep school, but a 3.1 from a public school needs to be brought up pronto.</p>
<p>Your SATII’s are good, SATI you should retake.</p>
<p>EC’s and essay don’t “make up” for mediocrity in other areas of the application, but they can be a tipping point if there’s someone with similar stats they’re considering.</p>
<p>You can get into many good schools. Don’t be discouraged by the typical crowd here - this is an overacheiver’s haven. lol</p>
