<p>Well, for starters, you can look up the careers of Econ graduates on the Career Center website. That gives a nice overview of the types of careers Econ people go into. As for entrepreneurship, there is no right major for that. It’s not exactly a discipline that you can go learn. Sure, having an Econ background would be nice, but you can major in anything and be a fine entrepreneur.</p>
<p>Also, if you’re interested in entrepreneurship, consider getting the Entrepreneurship and Technology Certificate. It’s a joint program between the Haas School of Business and the College of Engineering. The curriculum consists of 8 units of coursework, and the classes are really engaging and worthwhile.
