I was the team captain of my rec volleyball team for a few years, and have been playing rec volleyball for 7 years (never did school sports, the clique-y atmosphere didn’t really interest me). I’d like to include this in my activities section of my application, but I’m not quite sure which category. I currently have it has Athletics: Club, but club volleyball is something completely different…but it’s also not JV/Varsity…help!
For the Common App, “Athletics: Club” is an option.
