<p>That “oh you remind me of” that I have heard most often is Natalie Wood: similar facial shape, downturned eyes, lips, overall expression. She was MUCH more beautiful, much better body, I am blonder. But I still enjoy the idea!!</p>
<p>Years ago I had an equal amount of people telling me I looked like either Carly Simon or Patti Hansen (Richards.) Now I just look tired.</p>
<p>I used to get told I resembled Bridget Fonda – by multiple people, including strangers.</p>
<p>I used to look a little bit like a combination of Stockard Channing, Elizabeth McGovern, and the girl in “The Man from Snowy River.”</p>
<p>God knows who I look like now.</p>
<p>The best compliment I ever got was when I was in my 30s and somebody told me I looked like their ballet teacher. Surely they meant in the face.</p>
<p>When I was little, people told me I looked like Hailey Mills…but I never had blond hair and don’t now. I don’t think I look like any celebrity…but my mom swore there was some CNN anchor who looked like me. Can’t say that I even remember the name.</p>
<p>My daughter looked like the Gerber baby when she was a baby…and as she got older many folks said she had a stiking resemblance to Drew Barrymore.</p>

<p>Through the years, I’ve been told I look like everyone from Julie Andrews to Bonnie Raitt to Andie McDowell. None of those people look alike so I have no idea what that means.</p>
<p>Before I cut my hair shorter it was in a nice, dark bob. I got Monica Lewinsky all the time. Hence, I will never wear a beret in public.</p>
<p>How fun – My DH has always told me I look like Elizabeth Montgomery from Bewitched. When I had long hair and bangs and was younger people would tell me I look like Sissy Spacek. </p>

<p>My DH gets stopped frequently in airports by people thinking he is Steven Spielberg. He does usually wear a baseball hat when he travels. He has the grizzled gray beard thing going on.</p>

<p>Well… I have been told over the years that I remind people of Sigourney Weaver, Katherine Hepburn, and (um) Janet Napolitano (former AZ governor, current Homeland Security chief). I prefer the Katherine Hepburn comparison. :)</p>
<p>Someone once told me that I looked like Barbra Streisand. Which actually bothered me quite a bit. (That’s the problem with internalizing Northern European standards of attractiveness, I guess.)</p>
<p>Back when Hannah and Her Sisters came out, people would stop me on the street and ask if I was Barbara Hershey. I also got Andie McDowell alot. I wish I looked as good now as she does.</p>

<p>MANY years ago I came in 3rd (out of about 25 young women) in a Lady Diana look-alike contest, shortly before her wedding to Prince Charles. Of course, that was also 30 pounds ago, and a different hairstyle…</p>
<p>Many people have told me that my husband is a dead-ringer for Keith Lockhart (conductor of the Boston Pops). They’re not wrong!</p>
