I’ve been told in the past Barbara Mandrell and Meg Ryan

I put on some red lipstick and now I think I look JUST like Ann Hathaway. I also have a nice bridge to sell you:)

When I put on red lipstick I think I look like the burlesque star Dita Von Teese-until I look in the mirror.

" Your husband’s a lucky man, lje! "

Well he is , but not because I actually DO look like Tea Leoni ;)

I don’t agree with his assessment…today , I feel a bit like Ernest Borgnine

I can understand that, lje. Perhaps they’re fraternal twins, separated at birth?:

Years ago, my MIL was convinced I looked just like the young Renee Zelwigger and a friend thought I looked like Rebecca De Morney in Risky Business. My husband was a dead ringer for the young Mel Gibson. Now, not so much! That goes for both of us!

My daughter is a dead ringer for a blonde, blue-eyed Keira Knightley.

Back about 20 years ago many commented that I looked like Princess Di. Ummm, maybe only the nose and I was tall, blond and thin. (note “was”) I certainly couldn’t afford her haircuts and just went with shoulder length and home cut. After that I got several years of comments that I looked like Martha Stewart. Who looks nothing like Diana Spencer ever did or would. I think it’s kind of funny…
DH got decades of “has anyone ever told you that you look like Rob Reiner?”. Yes, over and over.

H is a cross between Kevin Bacon, Kelsey Grammer, and David Pierce Hyde (who plays his brother in Frasier).

People used to think I looked like Connie Chung, and I used to say, " Yeah, us Asians all look alike," until one night when a Chinese cab driver asked for my autograph (or Chung’s). He got very upset when I told him that I wasn’t Chung, he thought I was just being arrogant. I probably should have given him the autograph and made his day.

I once had a guy who absolutely refused to believe I wasn’t Garrison Keillor. At the time, I had no idea who Garrison Keillor was.

My ex-husband looked uncannily like Sgt. Belker (Bruce Weitz) on Hill Street Blues. He was a cop too so it made it even stranger.

" I can understand that, lje. Perhaps they’re fraternal twins, separated at birth?:"

Ok gadad…that made me howl !

Suffice to say, I am not as well put together as Tea Leoni , and not as rough as Ernest Borgnine…on most days anyway
I am somewhere in between , which of course leaves a lot to the imagination :D

Annasdad, do you have the voice to go with the Keillor look?!? Seems like it would be a dead giveaway that you are NOT him if you don’t have that voice. If you do, you should be in radio. :)

Never thought about it; I’m a bass, which he is too, but mine’s deeper than his; I’ve got a trace of Pennsylvania in my accent, definitely not Minnesota; and I don’t think I’ve got the manner.

How about Jabba the Hutt?

I used to look somewhat like George Will, until I gained weight and grew a beard.

My daughter looks a little like Sarah Jessica Parker–who she can’t stand.

Hmmmm…when I was young I was told that I looked like an irish setter (I had waist length auburn hair) but I guess that doesn’t count. ;-)

My daughter has been compared to Kate Winslet many times. If you take her individual features into account the two of them are quite different but I get why people do it. Her essence is similar.

When my Dad was older he would be stopped in airports by people mistaking him for Cary Grant. He was not a vain man but I could tell that he really dug it.

My dad looks just like Santa Claus. Right now he is growing out his beard for Christmas and he has the suit. He does volunteer work in several places and gets a huge kick out of appearing in his outfit.

My brother is the spittin image of Donny Osmond (funny, because he was my teen crush- Donny, not my brother), but I’m no Marie! :)

When I was younger, lots of people told me I looked a little like Julia Roberts. My mouth is not as wide as hers, though.
