<p>So, due to my IEP, I am supposed to take a class at MiraCosta in Oceanside. I am not sure what I want to become, however, I am primarily interested in engineering. I am high functioning autistic, and i enjoy math, science, and history. Should I take a class in Calculus or Should i take a class in US History? I am unsure, but I guess my grades right now are more important than worrying about next semester. </p>

<p>I really want to go to UC Berkeley for engineering, even though I know it is very tough to get in and to get a decent GPA there. I feel like the brand name, prestige, and connections will provide me the tools to compete in the real world. I dont know much about Engineering Physics, but EECS is capped as hell. </p>
<p>Definitely Calc. If you want to do engineering, you’ll want to get as much of a head start on your sequences as you can. You can take history as a GenEd. You’ll have some rough courses in engineering, and you’ll want those GenEd courses to mix things up. </p>
