<p>A lot of the direct programs require or prefer a class in fine arts, but if my schedule looks really messed up with an addition of an art class, would it be that bad not to have a fine arts class in my schedule at all? (meaning, I’ve never taken one all of high school, and I would rather have Latin in my schedule)</p>
<p>I don’t think you need to. I didn’t. But the purpose of having a fine arts class is just to show that you’re wellrounded - if you have an extracurricular activity that is in the arts, that would work.</p>
