what classes are you taking your senior year?

From what I heard Penn considers your first semester of senior yr even for ED, but what if my midterm grades don’t come out until like jan. 14 which is after I find out whether I get in ED or not.

hmm well anyway I was wondering what other Penn hopefuls are taking now.

I will start. I’m taking:
AP English Lit
AP Chem
2 entrepreneurship classes (we have an academy of entreprenuership at our school)
AP Gov.
Calc 3-dual enrolling at local state university

Senior Design, Mergers and Acquisitions, Technological Entrepreneurship, Databases, Machine Learning…

oh, you meant senior year of high school? those were the days…

senior thesis, healthcare management + strategy, molecular imaging, biotechnology marketplace, portrait photography

it’s tough to remember senior year of high school =p

hahaha oops this is probably the wrong forum to put this on… I actually wanted to see what other high school seniors now are taking to see if I was slacking or w/e.

on a different note, does your midterm grades really matter if your doing ED in my situation? They won’t take back an acceptance letter would they?

For most universities, somewhere in the application materials it says something along the lines of “If this candidate dosent keep up the same standards of their application following their acceptance, the institution has complete right to reject the applicant”

ok so my wording is a bit off, but my point is: if you suddenly start failing midterms or whatever other tests they WILL take back your app.

Well, I’ll be the next HS senior to answer.
AP Biology
AP Statistics
AP US History
Accounting
English 12
Calc II (dual enrolling at comm. college)
Linear Algebra and Matrices (dual enrolling at comm. college)

As far as relaxing after midterms, relax like a little but don’t get comfy. My A’s and A-'s in AP classes may turn into B+'s or B’s, but no lower than that.

I’m taking:
AP Bio
AP Lit
AP Gov
AP Calc AB
AP Psych
Japanese 4
Ceramics

AP French
AP Econ
IB Philosophy
AP English Lit
AP Stats
AP Chem
