What are your stats (w and uw GPA , test scores)?
Whatever is required for graduation and college entrance plus extra sciences for pre-med or extra social studies and writing for pre-law.
Debate and mock trial for pre-law.
Science clubs/olympiads, volunteering at hospitals, summer research programs for pre-med
Try to shadow or get an internship for both
If you want to become a gynecologist, you need to go to medical school. You can major in literally anything you want, but then you’re going to have to take the classes med schools require. A simple google search should tell you what those classes are.
