Have you stayed there the entire time, or did you transfer? Or are you currently thinking of transferring? If so, where? What’s your current major(s)/minor(s)? Any endeavors?

I’m just bored, so I’d figure I’d ask this on here. I apologize if this has been done before.

Here it goes:
College: Penn State
Major: Currently undeclared, but in the College of Communications and thinking of one of the majors.
Transfer: nope
Thoughts of transferring: I was thinking BU, NYU, UCD or UCSB, but I decided that I like it here a lot.
Endeavors: Get good grades, score internships, go to grad school, and eventually teach or work in the industry I aspire for.

College: College of the Holy Cross
Major: Bio/premed
Transfer: Nope
Thoughts of transferring: Nope, I love it here a lot!
Endeavors: Get good grades, especially in the sciences, and we’ll see where it goes from there. I was thinking either apply to pharmacy school or medical school. I still have a lot of thinking to do.

College: University of Maryland, College Park
Major: Undeclared, applying to be a business major. Not sure what I’ll do if they reject me, maybe criminal justice (best program in the country!)
Transfer: No
Thoughts of transferring: 99% certain I won’t, but I kinda really want this business major…
Endeavors: Keep getting good grades, get an internship for next summer (unlikely), meet an amazing girl, make great friends. Pretty typical stuff I guess.

College: University of California, Irvine
Major: Computer Game Science
Transfer: Nope
Thoughts of transferring: No. No. No.
Endeavors: I want to get my degree, make lasting friends, get out of college without loans to pay off, and finally find myself–beyond just my parents’ daughter.

College: UW-Madison
Major: Psychology
Transfer: Hell no
Thoughts of transferring: Never, ever, ever, I’m firmly convinced I go to the best school in the world
Endeavors: Do well in school, make lifelong friends, have the most fun I possibly can, and get a job afterwards.

College: Temple
Major: Computer Science
Transfer: Maybe
Endeavors: Make just one friend, because I have none right now. And, you know, do well in school.

College: Illinois Wesleyan University

Transfer: No!
Endeavors: good grades, grad school…etc., the typical things

College: Florida A and M University
Major: English and planning to take on Communications as a second major.
Transfer: Nope
Thoughts of transferring: Planning on transferring to USF either in the Spring or more likely the summer.
Endeavors: To transfer to USF, get my GPA to a 4.0 before graduation, to graduate with honors, to join a few clubs and organizations to 1)Build my resume and 2)Leave my mark on the school, to get 2-3 internships, to study abroad 2-3 times, grad or law school

College: Michigan State University
Major: BA Residential College in the Arts and Humanities; BS anthropology
Transfer: Nope
Thoughts of transferring: Never
Endeavors: Continue getting good grades, perhaps take on another internship, continue working a ridiculous amount of hours, and just really keep having a great time with my friends and boyfriend. Making the best of the less than 2 years I have left.

College: University of Dayton
Major: Env. Biology, thinking of adding a Geology double major (definitely a minor)
Transfer: sometimes.
Thoughts of transferring: Maybe UCincinnati, somewhere a little bigger and lighter on the partying.
Endeavors: Keep my 3.5 or get it higher, get an internship this summer, expand my circle of friends and volunteer more.

is it me or does it seem that, although a very small sample of responses, none of the answers were ivy leagues yet this site is famous for overachieving high school students being admitted to ivy leagues?
I guess they must be studying and being their overachieving self in college to actually have no time to respond.

College: Valparaiso University
Major: B.A. Music (Church Music)
Minor: Psychology
Transfer: No.
Thoughts of transferring: Never. I love Valpo!

College: UC Davis
Major: Animal Science
Transfer: yes, from community college
Thoughts of transferring: the transition from community college to a 4 year university was overwhelming and somewhat terrifying.
Endeavors: Get at least a B in all my classes for fall quarter. Also want to try to get a music and computer science minor.

College: Boston College
Major: Accounting/Information Systems
Transfer: No.
Thoughts of Transferring: Never.
Endeavors: I am trying to land an internship in audit this summer, and applications are due in less than a week…

College: Community College
Major: (Eventually, History)
Transfer: Definitely
Thoughts of transferring: CONSTANTLY
Endeavors: Keeping my GPA 3.5+ (not too difficult, my current school is remarkably easy), and getting all my college admissions essays written. Stoked to begin the official transfer process:)

College: University of Pennsylvania
Major: Computer Science
Transfer: No…
Thoughts of transferring: Sometimes I ponder transferring to Stanford, since I am from there and the weather here is an adjustment, but that’s just homesickness talking; I am really enjoying Penn and would never seriously consider a transfer.
Endeavors: Keeping my head afloat in Econ 001, a course that I vaguely regret taking since I have no interest in it, a fact I found out a few weeks in the course. My other courses are going well though.

College: UC Davis

Thoughts of Transferring: Short answer - Yes, but probably won’t.

Transfer: Nah Im good, would love a semester on exchange though.
Endeavors: Try to keep up good grades, everything else will fall into place then.

College: New York University
Major: Real Estate
Transfer: Where would I want to study and practice Real Estate outside of the greatest real estate market in the US?
Endeavors: Getting fantastic grades to hopefully study M.S. in Real Estate at Columbia or overseas. I already make a healthy living as a real estate agent in Manhattan so I’m good with work.
