I have like a 3.2 GPA, i scored a 30 on my ACT, i scored a 1860 on my SAT. I want a suburban school that is midsized, like 10,000 undergrads. Rugby team prefered, “party school” prefered.
Here are colleges with Rugby programs. Many, if not most, of them have lively “party scenes.” Some are small liberal arts colleges, and some (e.g. Ivy League members, et al) will be out of reach for you academically.
