I heard that some colleges won’t require you to send your ACT scores through the ACT. I heard they will look at them through the transcript. Is this true, and do Ivy League Schools have this policy?

Other than the $10 or $15, what’s the advantage of not sending them through ACT?

Considering that I’m sending my scores to 9 schools from two dates, that saves me 180 dollars… But I am willing to pay that if it gives me any benefit.

Think big picture. 180 dollars now for something that potentially changes the course of your whole life. I wouldn’t be worried about a few bucks

Ivy leagues require scores sent from the testing agency, as do the vast majority of highly selective colleges.
