What colleges are more based on extracurriculars than grades

I am applying to computer science and I was wondering which of the top computer science colleges are looking more for extracurricular activities rather than scores.

My scores are fine, but they are definitely subpar for a top college

none

Agree, none for top colleges. You can find test optional colleges that mostly look at grades. And if you have really great test scores and your grades are just okay, you may have some pretty good choices. But bad grades are bad grades. You either need to accept attending a lower ranked school, or attend community college to get your grades up.

If you get recruited.

None of the top schools.
Some Universities for B-/B students can favor interesting ECs over test scores (Lebanon Valley, Hiram, Juniata, Carroll MT…) Because they’d rather have involved students who’ll keep the campus bustling.

Top schools want it all.
