OOS and private tuition are no problem can afford both and Finance and Economics UC GPA: 3.64
Your UC target schools would be UCM/UCR/UCSC. UC GPA is below 4.0 which is the average for the rest of the UC’s. Your SAT/ACT are also on the low side for the other UC’s. UCR would be a great school since they do have a competitive Business school. I would also suggest you consider SDSU since their business majors are highly sought after and they have excellent business/finance majors.
I have no recommendations for OOS schools, but you might want to look at WUE schools.
What are you looking for in a college - size, environment, weather, etc?
A few OOS to look at are - U of Oregon and Oregon State, U of Arizona, Wash State, Colorado State.
With a bit more context, I can hone that bit.
