I want to be a neruosurgeon in the long run. What colleges do you recommend that I can most likely get into?

Research colleges & universities with a neuroscience major. I believe that the University of Pittsburgh & the Univ. of Colorado offer this major.

Without any standardized test scores, it is difficult to predict your chances.

Have you possibly taken any practice SAT or ACT? Or the PSAT?

If your test scores are at least 32 (ACT) / 1450 (SAT) then you should have a shot at virtually any college.
Scoring at least 30/1400 should make you competitive for most state flagships (among many other schools).
However, building a good reach-match-safety list is about much more than admission selectivity.
For most families, net cost is a key factor. Other more-or-less important factors may include the school location, size, and quality of programs for your intended major. The most important factors for med school admission will be your college GPA and MCAT scores; a prestigious college brand name doesn’t seem to improve chances too much. Unless your family is quite wealthy, you should try to minimize undergraduate net costs (since med school is so expensive). Your own in-state public flagship may be a good place to begin your search.

You haven’t provided enough information to justify much more specific recommendations than that.
Have a look at these guidelines:

You need a test score before you can really begin to get an idea of where to apply. Also, many private colleges/universities aren’t accepting dual enrollment courses if they were used for high school credit as well. See the policies on dual enrollment from USC: https://admission.usc.edu/transfer/admittedspring/transfercredit.html and Tufts: http://admissions.tufts.edu/academics/pre-matriculation-credits/
