What colleges did you get accepted into and how much scholarship money did the school give you?

I had a 3.9 unweighted GPA and 4.5 weighted. My ACT was 33. I live in Michigan so I would have in-state tuition at the Michigan schools listed below.

Here are the schools that offered me aid (all merit):

  • Ohio State (attending): full ride (around $43,000 per year out of state)
  • Michigan State: $13,000 per year plus some non renewable scholarships that brought the total to around $25,000
  • University of Michigan: $1500 nonrenewable
  • Purdue University: none
  • Central Michigan: $6,000 per year
  • Michigan Tech: $4,500 per year

Best of luck!

I bet when chose OSU over MSU, everyone went crazy

I got a scholarship for books at Cornell, was nominated for the presidential scholarship at GIT (full, but didn’t qualify for semi finals), 20-30k for RIT, and ~20k for RPI.

GIT?? You mean GaTech?

@Dennis101 - First, Georgia State University is not in the top tier of public Georgia universities. Second, there is no way he got a full ride unless there is other information besides an ACT of 24.
