What Colleges Fit My Stats?

Can you give me a list of any colleges you think I am cut out for with the following info:
GPA: 4.08 (weighted), this is with my terrible freshman grades btw
ACT: 34
APs: have not received scores - i’m predicting mostly 4s and maybe one 5
SAT II’s: have not received scores - i’m predicting somewhere in the low 700s?
No class rank

I’m not including my extracurriculars because they differ for each individual and doing a certain kind of extracurricular doesn’t make or break an individual’s chances of getting admitted somewhere.

Yeah, obviously this is an extremely vague list but mostly I’m referring to my numbers!

It’s extremely hard to accurately guess where you might be accepted based on scores alone- if you scroll through a couple pages of the SOME IVY LEAGUE UNIVERSITY CLASS OF 2020 RESULTS ONLY pages you can really get a sense of how diverse the accepted applicants really are. In general, I think people underestimate how important your personal statement/essays are; in fact, I would argue that extracurriculars are almost always the thing that will “make or break” the application. If you’re looking for some names, though, I’d say on the reach side you could aim for Cornell, Rice, UCSD, NYU, that sort of thing. (Here’s a calculator is you just want to look at numbers: http://www.prepscholar.com/sat/s/scores/2180-SAT-score-is-this-good).

I’d be happy to suggest some colleges if you’re willing to provide some more info about your intended major, extracurriculars, etc.

There are literally thousands of schools you could potentially be accepted to. You need to give us more information about how much you can afford, your intended major, geographic preference, big/small school, presence of greek life, etc. before anyone can really suggest schools for you.

I suggest you use the “SuperMatch” function which is linked on the left side of this page to start building a list of potential schools.

@CacaoNut13 @sophie9999 thanks guys!
