Definitely UC Berkeley and UCLA as mid-ranges. What are you looking for beyond that? Reaches? Safeties? Have preferences about location? Do you need merit aid? “Match my stats,” for you, is basically “well look at about the USNWR top 75 or 100.”

If you are serious about medical school, then you want to graduate without any debt. Medical school is extremely expensive and if you are a CA state resident, your chances of getting into your state medical schools are tiny - so plan on paying OOS or private school tuition (around $300k).

That said, you have good stats. What are your criteria for college? And how much can your family afford?

My family is definitely middle class… Yes… I really need scholarships. For med school i intend on joining the army as a military doctor so i dont have to pay for the tuition… I’m thinking of applying to boston college, emory, ucla, cal, nyu, usc… Uci for safety and probably ucsd too.

Im thinking of applying early to boston college…

If you look at their stats on any college search website or BC’s website - you are in the top 25% for ACT, the Math portion of SAT I, and near the top of the mid-50% on CR portion of SAT. They don’t post average GPA’s. Acceptance rate is 28%.
My guess is you have a pretty good chance.
