How many universities can you afford to apply to? If money is not an issue, then go ahead and apply to all of them and add a few safeties.
If you have to limit your amount of reach schools then you should make that decision yourself based on what you like consider to be important in a school. You do need to find some safeties though, as the schools you have listed there are more reach/match schools.
I think you have a great chance at Georgia Tech and Northwestern, the others are of course reaches (don’t worry they are for everybody).
