What colleges should I look at?

I’m a junior at a competetive MA private high school. I have a 3.75 unweighted GPA but I’m sure that it will go up at the end of junior year because some of my year long courses that I wasn’t doing as well in I have raised the grade, and only the final grade will be reflected in my GPA. I have taken the SATs once and got a 2210 with 750CR 780W 680M and I’m taking it again because of the math. I’ve done much better in practice tests but just choked on the test. I take the most advanced possible courses in every subject, including accelerated physics and Calculus A. I will have completed the highest level of spanish this year and might be taking an introductory arabic course next year. I plan to take an advanced environmental science course next year. I think overall I’m interested in global studies and environmental engineering. I don’t know what kinds of schools I realistically can look at, any advise is welcome.

Here are my current extracurriculars as a Junior: Co-Head of debate team (we compete but don’t do that great usually), Head of the MUN club with a few awards at Yale and BU conferences. For MUN I recruit new members and organize our trips to Brown, Yale, ect. We have a pretty good team. I’ve also chaired on a committee at our own high school conference. I’ve organized a service trip to Honduras to volunteer at a school there that I’ve been to before, but my school’s never been involved until now. Me and others from my school will be teaching English, music, and working on other projects. I’ve also participated in Bike-a-Thons for this school and have been involved for a while before introducing my school to it. I’m planning to also run a drive for school supplies for us to bring down with us. I’ve gone to an AFY summer camp for 10 years where I do a variety of outings, last year three weeks biking around Nova Scotia and this year I’ll hike the last 150 miles of the Appalachian Trail. The rest of the summer I work at a summer camp that I’ve been working at since I was 13, and after being there so long I’ve been promoted to Head Counselor this summer. It’s an incredibly demanding job as it’s not only watching kids but it’s at a horse farm so I’m doing physical labor to take care of the horses. I’m CPR and first aid certified to work there.

Here are other things that may be important:
I’m writing a historical research paper that my teacher will help me try to publish in the only journal in the country that publishes high schoolers’ research papers. I will most likely be running the Model Un conference that my school holds for a few hundred students each year. I’m waiting to hear back to see if I’m accepted to the AnnPowers leadership program where I’d attend a program for women leaders in DC for three days then maybe receive a 5,000 dollar grant which I’d use to help at the school I’ve previously mentioned. I was invited by Yale to be an ambassador at their international relations symposium, meaning I’m organizing students from my school and others to attend and participate while communicating with Yale about conference logistics.

other factors: no legacy anywhere other than university of delaware, not an URM, not a first gen, just a typical suburban white female. nothing particularly special about me outside of what I’ve mentioned above.

Where should I look??
