<p>Any of those colleges are a possibility with a 3.5, although there are many other factors like test scores, etc.</p>
<p>Well it depends on your SAT or ACT scores, but you should have a good chance at Irvine, Santa Cruz, and any of the CSU’s except cal poly might be a reach (depending on the major). Definitely apply to UCSB, although you might need to have some good test scores to get in there. Santa Cruz has the nicest campus and location by far out of any of the California schools in my opinion.</p>
