What colleges to apply to with good chances?

Hey everyone!

I am currently a senior in high school, not in the United States. I am thinking about applying to colleges in the Mid-Atlantic region, and unlike most people here I do not have SATs, as I attend an IB school in Europe. Therefore, I would really appreciate any suggestions for colleges in this region that are test flexible, and accept IB scores as the standardized testing. Schools that offer good financial aid packages and scholarship opportunities would be even better as that is a huge requirement too. I would like to major in Business.

I take HL Economics, HL Geography, HL Biology, and SL Math Studies, SL English Lang & Lit and SL Language B.

While it’s currently only the beginning of senior year, my GPA for Junior Year was 3.9 approximately, considering that a 6 in IB is equivalent to a 3.75 and a 7 is equivalent to a 4.0 (this is unweighted for IB). I am also in the top 5% of the grade, and have been in a range of extracurriculars/activities

Yearbook committee
Model United Nations
4 year long service programme
Charity trip to South America
Amnesty International
Work experience over the summer
Job for a year

I’m not very knowledgeable as to what universities in the US expect and look for in terms of applications, and therefore have no idea where to look to aim.

Thank you for any future suggestions!

Here is a list of colleges that don’t require standardized testing for admissions. You’d have to go through each one to see what is expected in place of the SAT/ACT.

I don’t think any on the list provide good financial aid for international students but I may be wrong. Again, you’d need to look at specific college websites on the list and read about their financial aid policies.
