Due to current financial limitations I’m only going to be able to write the SAT, no subject tests. However, I do have SAT I & II scores from Nov/Dec 2012 - how many schools would accept test scores from that far back? I do know my first choice (the University of Chicago) does (they allow scores going back five years).

Most colleges accept scores that are up to five years old. A reason for that is because College Board says its tests can be relied on for that length of time but not longer. A difference that is developing is that a number of colleges are going to cease accepting the old SAT, even if taken in 2015, beginning next year or the year after. In any event, you still need to check with each college to assure it accepts test from 2012.
