What colleges will I get into?

Well college apps are starting and I just need a rough estimate on what colleges MIGHT accept me.

GPA-3.3
District GPA- 5.3 (dunno if this is useful or not)
SAT- 2020 (hopefully 2100+ after October retake)
SAT Subject Tests- US History, Physics, Chinese (Future November test. Might get scores in time?)

I’m in an IB school with pretty darn rigorous workload, have quite a bit of community service (150+?) and have been in Band for 4 years + leadership, varsity swimming/tennis, and clubs+ leadership.

I know I have a ****ty GPA, and I doubt it’ll increase by the end of 1st semester senior year, but I’m still going to apply for a few schools.

So far University of Chicago has been sending me loads of stuff, and the acceptance rate is fairly high for a high ranked school, so I’ll apply, but doubt I’ll make it.

Northwestern and Notre Dame also seem to have high acceptance rates, might go for those, but anyone have an idea on my chances of getting into those schools? My recommendations should be fine as I have some older teachers that like me and have good experience with writing them, as well as one of them writing textbooks for the IB schools worldwide.

Laugh at me all you want, but i just want some ideas on my chances of getting into Chicago/Northwester/Notre Dame. Still unsure of my major, but those schools seem to be decent in the things I’m interested in. Thanks for reading and for any replies…

I think you would find much better advice if you posted this in the College Chances forum.

Thanks. kinda new here… Can a mod close this thread?

No. Those schools have very LOW acceptance rates. For Northwestern and UChicago at least, your chances are basically non-existent unless that 3.3 GPA places you in at least the top 5% of your class.

They send you loads of stuff to encourage you to apply, and possibly reject in order to increase their rank in USNWR. Don’t let the mail fool you to believe that they want you. Just my humble opinion.
