What colleges would I like..?

I have around a 3.7 gpa and a 1900 on the SAT.I live in New England in an affluent town.I am looking for colleges that I would like.I do not want to go to one with people who are not smart and wear trashy clothes or one where people are extremely intellectual and discuss poetry and wear keens to class.I want a college where people are intelligent and well-cultured but not over the top about it.I do not want to go to college in the South because I don’t like football.I am thinking about majoring in finance or business,what colleges would be a good fit for me?

Miami University in OH sounds like it might be a good fight (and don’t for one second believe that the midwest is just cornfields; we have a lot to offer!)

Most mid-to-large universities fit the bill of what you’re looking for. Maybe try American, George Washington, UMass Amherst, UVM.

Babson, Bentley, Fordham, Villanova, Lehigh, BU, GW, Tulane (in south but not a big football school) might be some options
