That’s because you’re a sociopath

That’s because you’re a sociopath

^

Ad hominems already? This isn’t going to end well.

a feminist? I am pretty sure she would say it’s the man’s fault

Global warming? Man’s fault

Economy falling? Man’s fault

Death, disease and natural disasters? Man’s fault

@Cuse Not ad hominem sweety, he just said that due to alcohol, he has no sympathy for a rape victim. Lack of sympathy for rape victims EVEN if they’re drunk is lack of sympathy. Lack of sympathy/empathy/etc is a symptom of antisocial personality disorder or in laymen’s terms, a sociopath.

If the girl has an orgasm, it isn’t rape because she obviously liked it.

i could say u lack sympathy for children if you buy nikes, or you hate animals because you eat them. according to ur logic, ur a sociopath.

Argumentum ad absurdum, for one thing, I don’t buy Nikes, for another eating an animal isn’t an act of hate provided the animal is killed humanely.

You’re comparing a raped woman to livestock now? So… drunk women are cattle to you?

My criminal law book says that you are liable if the intoxication was voluntary, you do not have a defense.

This thread is disgusting.

If there is any doubt whatsoever, the answer is no and you should stop. If all men acted accordingly, there would be no need for dumb laws like those in NC.

What do you expect? cormy’s on the record supporting that law in (was it Georgia? South Carolina? New Hampshire? They all did something stupid, I forget which) that changed rape “victim” to “accuser” because you know… false rape happens an inordinately large amount of the time enough to merit the shifting of a word that makes the woman (or man in some cases) feel like the law’s not on their side. Meanwhile those of us who can read the subtext KNOW it’s just to scare women away from reporting it when it happens. Just like those laws that make a woman get an ultrasound before an abortion, it’s a guilt-trip measure and designed to make it just that much harder for them. Put one more hurdle in their paths. That it’s disgusting is honestly an understatement.

Jesus, the sexism on this thread. Here’s what rape is - if someone says no and the other person keeps going. No means no kids, okay? Rape is not when you feel bad about getting drunk the next day and decide to blame someone. Drunk sex is not the fault of anyone except the people involved, and it isn’t rape unless someone said they didn’t want to have sex and the other person forced them. All of this bs about “it’s women’s fault” “it’s men’s fault” is just sexism and you guys should chill the **** out.

AND, you guys are acting like men can’t get raped too. Time for a little newsflash: there are sick people of both genders, so don’t generalize.

Well, yeah. But some of the arguments are that this isn’t what rape is in terms of the “laws”

It’s rape ONLY if either person had previously expressed no intention to sex the other and the other person knew this. And either both the male, male, or female can be charged.

lol who keeps tagging corny’s threads

It makes perfect sense to have such stringent rules on date rape. That’s a serious problem that many get away with.

I love all the STEM major tags in these threads

Personally I like seeing the tags, I had a *****ty night last night and the tags made me giggle while sitting here in the school library, thanks to whoever added them, I really needed that laugh, you don’t even know

Why does everyone hate on…

^Because cormy is nothing more than a narrow-minded, elitist ■■■■■.

What surprises me most about this thread is the fact that cormy is 24 (or was it 26?) and only now learned this, lol.

Tags have made my day AGAIN…whoever is adding these I say bravo to you good people.
