What date is you application considered "received"

<p>I don’t know if anyone can help me out, but here is my dilemma…</p>

<p>Sent the application into MSU with the transcript via docufide in mid-sept. Logged in to my status on Wednesday (10/13) - it didn’t show anything under Transcipt. So of course I called Admissions. They confirmed that they had indeed received my transcript - sounds like all is well…</p>

<p>But, when I logged into my status yesterday, this is what was shown:</p>

<p>High School Transcript 10/13/2010
Personal Statement 9/09/2010
ACT Scores 4/12/2010 </p>

<p>So here is my question - when do they consider my application received? I know a month can make a HUGE difference in admission! I have the receipt from docufide showing MSU received the transcript on 9/17.</p>

<p>I called Admissions - no help. They referred me to the docufide department and they haen’t returned the call.</p>

<p>Thoughts…will this affect me chances of admission?</p>

<p>I think they will consider the 10/13 date as the received date. It is the date when your entire application was completed.</p>

<p>I don’t think that it will make a huge difference. That is just the date they entered the info, not necessarily the date they received it. </p>
