i think you should plan to arrive the day prior to the start of NSO (if you don’t need to attend International Student Orientation or don’t plan to do any of the those special programs)</p>

<p>Depends on where you’re coming from. If it’s a morning flight, and arriving around noon or earlier, the 28th. If it’s cross-country, you may want to aim for the 27th if you’re arriving later in the day.</p>
