<p>3- all gotten with major purchases that offered significant savings- window shades, appliances, mattress. Never use them- so much easier to stick with the 2 cards offering points and paid online every month.</p>
<p>Kohls is originally from Wisconsin. Shop there all of the time, never got their card, get plenty of mailings with the discounts (the trick is to combine them with sales prices…). Strange- no Kohls Sunday ad today for the first time ever…</p>
<p>We have a Macy’s and a Sears, but rarely use either. There is no Kohls in HI & haven’t bothered to get other store CCs. We do have AmEx Costco & Charles Schwab Visa. We also have a smattering of other bank CCs, all of which give cash or points that convert to cash.</p>
<p>I have a Sears that I got long ago. I also have a macy’s and a Nordstrom card. I don’t carry any of them. If I am at Macy’s and I need to use a macy’s card to save more I have them look it up. Otherwise I use my Mastercard or my Costco/AmEx.
I don’t have a Kohl’s nearby.</p>
<p>Macy’s and Saks. I get flyers with discounts which you can combine from Macys at least 3 times a week and so when I shop there I always get a good deal. </p>
<p>I don’t use my Saks card often and I only got it because I bought a very expensive bag and the 10% off amounted to a lot. </p>
<p>I also pay off both cards in full so I don’t have to pay their outrageous interest rates.</p>
