I’m just curious to see the different entry level positions everyone went for after graduation. So my question is what did you do after you graduated from college? Can you list your major as well?
After I got my BS in architectural engineering (that is the engineering of buildings), I got my MS in structural engineering. At that point, the oil prices had just fallen dramatically and there were no jobs in Texas, my home state, so my husband and I sent out almost 300 resumes all over the country. An engineering design firm in Maine hired both of us. I worked on the design of buildings and dams.

Graduated in 2010 with a degree in political science; started working 3 months later as an incentive compensation consultant. No relationship between degree and career except that communication is relevant in both.
