Hey I was wondering if colleges can see when you create your account and when you start their application?
Just because I want to create mine and kind of scope it out before I fill it out, plus I have to wait for my ACT scores to come back in Late September.
Like if I make mine August 1st and finish it October 1st would they see it, cause that would look bad
