<p>What do colleges think of applicants who send in their material/documents a week prior to the postamark date, the day before the postmark date, or on the postmark date?</p>
<p>Heh I’d like to know that too…yesterday I sent one last part of my application overnight delivery because the deadline is today. >< Is that going to look bad?</p>
<p>There are way too many stories of kids submitting their stuff up to the date of the deadline and getting in to be worried about it. Get your stuff in. Admissions officers are people with lives too and I doubt they really care, though submitting your app very early or showing interest very early may be positive. I don’t think they hold turning it in at the last minute against you as I’m sure they realize that many people are just trying to perfect their essays, though they could have turned them in weeks or even months ago.</p>
