I recently got accepted to Sac State but my grades are somewhat low and my parents are worried about my acceptance getting revoked so they want me to apply to a local community college just in case I don’t get accepted. Am I able to do this even though I gave Sac state my intent to enroll in the fall?
Look at the CC’s policies on line. In my state, VA, you just show up and register in the fall and then send them a transcript. Everyone who has a GED or diploma is admitted so there’s no application.
Yes, you can apply to a CCC even though you have accepted Sac state. Usually it is an on-line application and you need to submit your HS transcripts along with possibly taking some placement tests.
Unless you have D’s and F’s in your senior classes, you will not be rescinded.
