What do I do with economics and a language?

All my life I have been very good at math. I think I want to do something in economics in college. Also, my favorite subject is German. Would it be dumb to double major in economics and German? Also is it better to do international economics? It would be ideal to be able to use both of my favorite subjects all my life. What job sounds like it would best suite me?

you can be a company’s representative in their german branch

Deutsche Bank. Mercedes Benz. Lufthansa. DHL. Adidas. Siemens. Audi. Bosch.
Need I say more?

Germany is without a doubt the strongest economic powerhouse in all of Europe- you could even say it’s the backbone of the EU. There are numerous investment firms and banks in Germany that control assets worldwide. And there are even more companies who need educated economists to help run the company.
