What do I list as "GPA" if I've attended multiple schools?

<p>Should I average my GPA out among all the schools? (in which case credit-equivalencies become an issue?) Do some PhD programs not have forms for listing your GPA among all the schools you attended?</p>

<p>Some schools will want your major and overall GPAs per school, some will want it listed overall.
Just combine them.</p>
