What do I need for these universities

Since the first post did not really help, I will try another one.

As an international student, with decent school qualifications, what kind of SAT or ACT scores should I get if I want to get into:
NYU
Penn
Chicago
cornell

NYU–1350/1600 for CALS, 1420/1600 for Stern
Penn–2200+ for most schools, 2250+ for engineering and Wharton
Cornell and Chicago–2100-2200 for most schools–higher will be necessary to get into Cornell’s architecture school.

Note that the scores for Penn, Chicago and Cornell assume you are already among the top 5 students at your school (top 5, not top 5%), grade-wise, and have taken an extremely demanding courseload. The scores for NYU assume that you are in the top 7% or so of your class. If not, then higher test scores will be necessary.

I wanna study economics
some of my stats:

defenitely top 5%, not sure if i am top 5, because I’m new at the school.

Does it help that I am an international(no fin. aid required) plus I have a degree in the most rigorous Dutch diploma, and I am taking 5 APs this year at an international school in England. Will they appreciate the fact that I have voluntarily chosen to go to a new high school, just to do some APs???

by the way thanks for your input, helps a lot :-)

If all you have is academics (which are the only things you keep mentioning), you will be rejected by all those schools.
