What do I write in a thank-you note?

<p>I’m giving the teachers who wrote me recommendations boxes of chocolate and thank-you note, but what should i write?
Also, do I start with “Dear Ms…”?</p>

<p>If you want to thank her, you should probably already know :S I’d probably say, “Dear XX, I’d like to thank you for writing me the reccomendations that you did. You have no idea how tremendously you helped me. It’s teachers like you that make school enjoyable; thank you.”</p>
