what do they mean by Teacher Evaluation?

<p>I am apply ED to a certain school. On its website, it says they want a teacher evaluation. (but doesn’t say Teacher Recommendation). Do they mean they actually want a teacher Evaluation form from Commonapp or a recommendation letter?</p>

<p>The teacher evaluation is the recommendation. If the school is on the CommonApp, then they want you to use whatever form is on the CommonApp site for teacher recommendations/evaluations. If the school is not on the CommonApp, then use whatever form/procedure they have outlined on their website.</p>

<p>^actually I’m applying to Johns Hopkins. Do they want a teacher evaluation form PLUS a letter of recommendation??? Or just one of them?</p>
