I have never heard of physalis - what is it???!
abasket, it is called goldenberry and is made by Made in Nature:

I can’t find it on the MIN website, but while I was looking, I found this recipe, and now I’m drooling:
I never heard of that either! I hope they have some in my PA store. Sounds yummy!
It is an interesting fruit. I like it because it is not sweet, but some might find its sour taste and crunchy seeds not to their liking.
It looks like a little tomatillo.
I love CC.
Not sure if this is old news, but apparently you will be able to use any brand of Visa

DrGoogle, you are right. They are close relatives.
Well, I will be using my other Visa then.
I bought some cooked seasoned shrimp the other day. Used it in salads, in a stir fry, and last night, threw it on a skillet with some pasta and olive oil and made a nice dish for DH, paired with a spinach salad. He loved it.
We finished the bag of goldenberries (physalis) we brought home Friday night.
I’ll ise my current Visa too. The last thing I need is a second credit card. But then…the nearest Costco is 25 miles away…and I’m not a member
I bought a kale salad kit the other day that was quite delish. Kale, broccoli sliced very thin, carrots, croutons, crunchy quinoa and craisins. The lemon poppyseed dressing was a little sweet for me, but a drizzle really was enough to bind it together. Will buy again.
We love that kale salad kit too. I bought Furla sunglasses. I like the three pack of reading glasses. Other favorites are: fresh spinach, honey bunches of oats, Sander’s sea salt chocolate caramels, and the stuffed salmon.
We buy papayas (5 to a box) and reading glasses (sold in a 3 pack). We also buy GPSs, since when they fail, we take them back for a refund and buy new ones. We have bought and returned numerous GPSs over the years. We like using our smartphones, but sometimes the reception is better with one than the other and it feels safer to have both methods to navigate around.
I bought the quinoa brown rice packages. I enjoyed it very much. DH didn’t, at all. Even left half of it on his plate, which is a rare occurrence. I guess I’ll finish it all myself.
mandevillas arrived at New Jersey Costco, and they were stunners last year ! best ones ever- excited
i like: the blackberries. that’s basically why i got a membership!
potted flowers to replant, but they fly out of there.
womens camis, and the chicken @teriwtt mentioned.
the kale salad kit mentioned by @shellz
family likes: popcorn mix: cheese and caramel & mini brownie bites
gift cards @ 20% off for local restaurants.
do NOT like their big muffins, and we’ve been burned on buying some frozen prepared food (eg: sandwiches)
i think i’ll go there today!
Just was there yesterday and saw that the frozen broccoli (while I’m sure still good) is back to one big bag vs. 4 smaller ones. Oh well!
Just bought a set of Bridgestone tires (one of the tires on my car was leaking and all of them need to be replaced soon anyway) before the $70 discount ends this weekend.
