What do you hate most about being at UGA? I think the question speaks for itself

I hate that you melt in the sun when you walk from class to class when it’s really hot. I hate walking up Ag Hill in the hot sun. I hate the ridiculous ugg boot/sport shorts/north face jacket outfit that a lot of girls wear in the winter. I hate the traffic on game days. I hate that all of my tests seem to end up in the same week (although, that’s a love/hate thing…I would hate it if I had a test every week…so maybe I just hate tests). I hate that the busses are crowded during class change time. I hate it when people take the city bus to get from class to class during busy times when people really need it to get home.

Sounds fun jenmarie lol. My friend is up there right now (doing Duke T.I.P. TAing), and cites similar problems due to the size of the campus. We visited him this past weekend, and I understand what he, and perhaps you, meant. I can’t imagine it in the regular school year. As for melting, I can even identify that w/o going there. Buses…can be tough here. God forbid you have to go back to your reshall (I stay across the forest in Clairmont apts. here) at like 5-6pm when the employees at the hospitals are going home (parked at Clairmont, not enough space at hospital decks). You will end up standing or waiting for the next one if you do not get on at a hub. This still occurs during the summer amazingly. Imagine it during the school year. As for class change time, that’s hilarious. Something I’d never have to deal with. Sounds like a fun experience actually. I might come up there when you guys start (I think y’all start before us) just to check out the fervor.

Haha…there was one time when I first got there where this one bus was SOOOOOO crowded. I was squished between a bunch of people and ended up just making some fun and meeting some people. Never saw them again, but we had some laughs. I was so squished that I didn’t have to hold onto anything because I was pretty secure among the people. The Orbit bus is the most crowded bus since it can reach most places. Just a warning to those who are new - do NOT stand in a crowded bus near the door. A person fell out before (on the Ag Hill I mentioned nonetheless). The back doors aren’t very secure at all.

Does Ag hill mean agriculture hill? That general area? Luckily, there aren’t many hills here. Some would disagree with what I said, but at least ours are somewhat avoidable. You should visit here one time Jenmarie. :)
