Late night hours, when most of our part of the world has gone to sleep.
Salt and pepper on French toast
Oatmeal unsweetened and on the dry side
When I was a kid I loved the smell of gasoline. Pickles on tacos and drinking dill pickle juice.
I will go with the OP, liver and onions. Yum!
Depressing movies and depressing music. They don’t depress me
Ironing. I iron everything, including underwear.
“Bus, I like that smell, too!”
Another crazy person, I suppose! For some reason I also like the smell of gas at the pump, and my stove. Though I try not to inhale it, for obvious reasons.
Herring with sour cream and onions. I have yet to find anyone here in So Cal who will eat it with me. It traditional to eat it on New Year’s in Germany. Supposedly it brings good luck so I will eating some next weekend hoping for some good luck in 2017…
SyrAlum, Mr. B asks if you could invite him! You might have to endure some Yanni music that he will bring…
I’ll eat the herring with you without the Yanni music.
I like the smell of a lot of stinky weeds (but not weed). Chances are, if I am in a field, and someone says, what’s that SMELL, I’ill like it.
Oh, and kumquats are basically my favorite food.
And I like boxy houses.
No herring for me.
I love train travel. I even love seeing one pass or stopping for one of those long freight trains with dozens/hundreds of cars. After the Amtrak thread, this might put me in a minority.
I LOVE living small, am looking into buying a “tiny home”. 200 square feet would be more than enough.
Most people love their big homes.
Cottontails!!! Gads you reminded me that I need to iron tablecloths. dang.
I am neutral about this but totally forgot.
Sleeping late with no guilt. (the people around me do not really appreciate this trait of mine).
Pizza crust.
Anchovies, and not only on pizza
Roth Buttermilk Blue Affinée cheese.
Joining the crowd, liver and onions.
Also, soft drinks at room temperature.
Running, airports (spent the night in Frankfurt International once- it was almost fun), 100-degree weather, getting up at 5 AM, Starbucks.
Reality and true crime TV. I am addicted to the Real Housewives franchise and I think Andy Cohen is a hoot. My family “jokes” about my penchant for watching “how to murder your spouse” shows.
@lookingforward:
You aren’t alone, I love trains and train travel, too, plus someday I’ll finish the basement and have my layout of 3 rail O gauge trains there:).
