What do you think of my college list?

Hi, I’m a rising senior. This is my first attempt at a college list and I wanted to get some feedback on it along with chances.
How lacking are my ECs?

High school: Oklahoma prep school
GPA: 4.0

APs (all 5s): Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, Computer Science A, Chemistry, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: E&M, US History, World History
PSAT: 240
SAT (one-sitting): Math: 800, Writing: 750, CR: 790
SAT (superscored): Math: 800, Writing: 770, CR: 790
ACT (one-sitting): 36 on everything

ECs
2012 Captain of academic team, 1st in state
2014 AIME Qualifier
60 hours of volunteer service for school
3 weeks of research with university professor and will continue in the fall
80 hours of volunteer service for city environmental program
200 hours of volunteer service with local hospital

Want to major in biomedical engineering or premed

Academics are excellent! Those EC’s are going to hurt your chances badly. If you’re looking at engineering or premed, then all of your matches seem reasonable to me. Your reaches are definitely reaches with the lack of EC’s. Also, I would put Duke in the reach category due to the difficulty of getting in out of state.

Hopkins is definitely a good choice for either major, but I believe they only take 100-150 students for Biomed. Still, with your academics, I think you’d have a really good shot.
